Which Airline Has The Most Loyal Pax?

Which airline has the most loyal Pax?

I think its probably jetblue. If jetblue flies to whatever their destination is they take it no matter what the price or the time is. Most majors do not seem to get this kind of loyalty (except for biz travelers but many are straying to the LCCs).

One could argue Southwest Airlines. Lots of low-fare carriers have came and went over the years, but WN is still kicking, seemingly stronger than ever.

I would say
AA no matter how nasty they get the AA flyers are a loyal bunch
LIAT that small carribean airline just keeps plugging along
Continental They have attracted a cult following
Bahamas Air probably the worst airline every devised /service wise/
yet a strong local following despite being treated like trash.
Hawaiian and Aloha they also have very loyal customers.

Alaska is right up there. Maybe because people in Alaska don't have much of a choice, but even if we did we'd probably still go with AS (see Mark Air).

Hmmm.

Tracking loyalty as a function of numbers of returning passengers has way too many variables to have any validity.

But. . . if one is to judge loyalty from immediate responses to unflattering posts, it would be a toss-up between the Continental people and the Northwest people.  Smile

And, if it's the size of frequent flyer program that is the criterion, it would probably be a toss-up between Northwest and United.

From what I read on here, jetBlue seems to have the most loyal passengers, although I've never experienced them myself. Alaska, Frontier and Southwest do as well.

BrianHames.... I remember MarkAir.... I took them a few times FAI-ANC-FAI when I was growing up. I remember they always gave you a Hagen Daaz ice cream bar....
