Hmm, the A320 might be contested, but I'm not quite sure. Conair (charter company, now evolved into Mytravel DK) used to fly ARN-TFS, but I'm not sure if they exclusively used the A300 or the A320. I know that I've seen A320's headed for ARN from TFS, but I don't know if a fuel stop was involved. The route is also flown now. I should know - my dad once stepped into the wrong flight (the two aircrafts were parked right next to each othher) and was wondering why there was only swedish newspapers on board a CPH bound flight. It wasn' until a swedish couple showed and said that it was their seat, that he realized that he was on a ARN bound flight Big grin

Anyway, BOS-OAK is 2341 nm and ARN-TFS is 2364 nm.

744: SA - New York">JFK-JNB

Have since lost interest in SA... but I thought SA - New York">JFK was being opped with A340s?

Anywho, if you wanna talk about past routings... SA - Georgia">ATL-JNB nonstop has been done in scheduled service with the 744, which eclipses SA - New York">JFK considerably.

All I can tell you something about of me and here it is:

This I was flew nonstop from FLL-PHX twice in Nov. 1999 & Nov. 2003, It is for very longest flight from FLL-PHX. I did not like with HP flight for me either and they did not have served with their meal either. It was only beverages onboard with those flight.

The 764 would most likely be EWR-HNL on CO.

Don't quote me on this but I think that for the A310 its the Moscow-Vladivostok route. 9 hours and 10 minutes.

The ugliest one. Spend 6 hours in a "narrow" ? (And I really mean it).

Los Angeles - Singapore (16 hours nonstop with Sinapore Airlines in a A340).

I recall reading that the longest A340-300 flight is MAD-SCL, operated by LAN and Iberia.

734 is AS SEA-ORD 1721 miles. That plane has some pretty short legs.

I think the longest route for the Airbus A319 is DUS-ORD (4218 miles) operated by Privat Air on behalf of Lufthansa. These flights are Business-class only!

Disregarding JFK-JNB, would the longest 744 be ORD-HKG, 15.5 hours?

JoseMex
73G's longest nonstop route is actually Copa Airlines' PTY-EZE.

I was actually going to correct you and say.....

Astraeus operate the longest non-stop 737-700 sector in the world from London to Malabo at approx 3300m

However, having checked the Great Circle Mapper, you have got me beat by 8 miles!

From To Distance
LGW (51°08'53"N 00°11'25"W) SSG (03°45'19"N 08°42'31"E) 3305 mi
PTY (09°04'17"N 79°23'00"W) EZE (34°49'24"S 58°31'44"W) 3313 mi
Total: 6618 mi

So I will let you off!  Big grin

The Moscow-LAX on 763 must be up there in terms of length. also, I would think that EK's new DXB-SFO starting Jan. 1st would be up there with EWR-SIN as the longest flight on the 345. Oh, and that PTY-EZE on CM is a long, long flight when flying in a 73G. That was truly an experience I will never forget.

Concord Boy...

"JNB-SA - Georgia">ATL was never nonstop"

I don't know if that is accurate. I spend a good bit of time at SA - Georgia">ATL and have heard announcements for SA nonstop service to JNB.

As long as you don't include the disteance between the two airports, this thread is useless.

Tasha,
The difference is the direction of flight.
The ATL to JNB direction was non-stop, however the JNB to ATL never was.

Thanks CitationJet Big grin I didn't know that. I have watched the SA 744 being boarded many times. There never seem to be more than say 200-250 people. I guess at that distance flown the 744 is fairly maxed out with that kind of load.

Not the longest A320 route, but Air Jamaica MKJS (Montego Bay) to KLAX 2347 NM. Heard stories of no delay departures and constant fuel monitoring.
