Delta Skymiles Program

Ok, so I just got a Delta Skymiles card from American Express and signed up for the program though Delta.com. Just curious if anyone here is a member or has the Amex card and what they think of it.

Yes, I can help you about DL skymiles and if you purchase with gold credit card with Skymiles and you will receiving with the bonus miles on your skymiles.

Yeah, I am very good experience with DL skymiles program and if you want to try get DL skymiles credit card.

Above all else it is a really cool looking card.

But, it is a great way to earn a lot of miles. I am close to getting a free, first class, miles only, round trip ticket. The only drawback that I can think of is not a feature of the card but the company of the card itself: Amex is not accepted everywhere. Other than that...it holds true to the hype.

Lol, that's half the reason I got it was because of the cool looking card. How long did it take you to earn your trip? My girlfriend, well she'll be my fiance when she leaves, has to go to Texas for 5 months starting in January for Officer Basic. I'm hoping to get enough miles to visit her at least once. But above all else, I wanted the cool looking card!  Smile

That all depends on how much you spend. I am not a heavy spender so its going to take me a little longer. However, I just got a thing in the mail that if I switch to platinum DL card that I earn 5000 MQMs actual miles towards medalion status. Not that I need the extra miles cause I am flying a lot, but I think that is pretty cool.

Yes, you need to make more miles when you are flying on DL and go to the international flight to Europe soon.
