I flew it, wasnt impressed but it wasnt bad. The flight i had on it didnt have any IFE and the food was pretty expensive but the flight was empty and it got me to my destination on time which is all i need.

I flew BOS-MCO in January.....not bad at all. Although I didn't have any IFE either, the service was good and we got to the destination early....On both legs. Song is good because it allows you to have a "different" airline other than DL on your ticket, but still allows you to earn DL miles. Song, IMHO, is not a LCC, but another airline of DL's. The accounting my indicate it is lower cost, but generally speaking, the tickets are roughly the same. The only thing I don't like is the seat covers!

Your flight will be fine, like I said its just a new experience. I have heard that the IFE is good...I hope you get it! Oh and bring some cash for the food. (I think they accept credit cards, but just to be sure.)

Have a great flight!
Regards,
Mike

Ive flown them MCO-BOS and FLL-LAX both were very nice flights. Both had the IFE the flight map keeps you entertained and so do the 24 channels. The food was decent as well a little over priced though. One suggestion...Book yourself in the emergency exit row, they are available online unlike most other flights so try to get them and you'll be quite impressed. It'll be almost like sitting in first class with the extra room, leather seats and the ptvs...
enjoy your flight.

Flew SONG once from MCO to SJU, I give them 2 thumbs up. The first thing that caught my attention was the great seat pitch, then the peculiar way to do the safety demonstration (with flamenco music in the background). F/A's were very friendly and attentive, making conversation wih the passengers (which you hardly see today). The IFE was available on my flight, you get 20 Dish Network channels for free and the choice of 2 movies for $5 each plus a bunch of audio channels (with a great variety of genres). The food is a bit pricey but hey its your choice if you want to buy it or not, I found my roast beef wrap to be extremely tasty so I would defintely pay the $8 again on a future flight. Enjoy your flight on SONG and Im sure you'll have a great flight with them.
