To me, it looks like a 762 on steroids. But it IS pretty cool nevertheless.  Wink/being sarcastic

Hmmm...

It does look like a posh 767-200...

but it doesn't look out of place.

I agree with A340600, it could also be classed as a Boeing 767-FATHEAD series

aren't all 777's just 767's with a steroid problem....love thoughs engines though...

If Boeing had made it, American would have bought it for some low density ultra long haul flights. I'm sure about that. It looks pretty cool. I even wonder if Boeing didn't approach the major airlines to see if any of them would be interested in such a variant.
Yes you're right. It is at first glance a BIG 767-200.

Airlines lost interest in the -100 when the -200LR met the same performance estimates as the proposed -100 but with more passenger/payload carrying capablilty.

Makes you wonder though, if the -100(LR) airframe was produced, it would probably be able to fly half way around the world non-stop. Might have made a good presidential aircraft for some nations. I'm guessing that it would have been to heavy for a domestic version.
