I saw interior shots from a private A340 of some Gulf sheikh. The lav was, of course, about three times bigger than this http://www.airliners.net/open.file/625804/M/
with real wood and gold instead of brass everywhere.
But why would anyone opt for the lav if you have a huge double bed avalable onboard?
BTW, joining the mile high-club means "doing it" onboard a flying a/c or in the lav only.
I'm surprised that no "liberal" airline thought making big money off the crew rests in connection with such activities? I mean why leave the fun the crew only?
