Out of the Big Six US carriers, CO is repeatedly considered to be the best airline to work for. They are the only one that has made Fortune's "Best 100 Companies to Work For" list, and they are now on seven years running.

CO is the only airline that hasn't asked for paycuts of its employees thus far, and they still pay the $65 bonus to each of their employees every month if they have good on time performance.

I have heard that NZ and QF are great. The pay may not be the best in the world but it is still competitive. The best thing I hear about it is the way that these two airlines treat their staff. I have been told that the managment and workers get along quite well and are very respectful to each other.
An example is a few months ago when an NZ 744 cabin crew encountered a suicide incident near/on top of their bus. NZ cancelled that particular flight the crew was on and flew them back by them selves, also allowing them to take time off for counciling etc...
All the passengers were rebooked onto other flights.

Regarding Flight benefits I would say most North American Airlines, In terms of earnings I would say ANA and JAL. Altough JL and NH are also recruiting more contactors in Japan nowedays to reduce costs.
