I'd say that one of, if not the, best experiences was on one of my TAM flights from CDG
... one of the flights on which I was upgraded to Classe Executiva...
Entrée: Season's Green Leaves Served with Gravad Salmon and Smoked Duck Filet
Soup: Cheese Cream
Main Dish: Filet Mignon in Creamy Pepper Sauce served with Green Beans, Purple Onions and Vichy Carrots
Dessert: Plum Tartlet and Mirabelle Almonds
After Dinner Cheese
And all that served with warm rolls...
The dinner on LH
's first class came quite close to the one on TAM, but wasn't quite as good - although the presentation was a bit better on LH
... though, then again, in TAM's case, everything was served separately, not everything on one tray at the same time as quite a few airlines unfortunately do...
I should also mention that I've had superb meals on LH
in Business Class, horrible ones on LH
's Economy Class, superb ones on SAA in Business and Economy Class, mediocre ones on Singapore Airlines and very, very good meals on Royal Brunei.
