Yea also Many of the Asian Airports and DAY too. MIA is pretty busy durring those hours too. Good amount of cargo and some PAX in the early Mourning.

Yep, I'd add a bunch of the Asian airports as well. BOM, for example, though far from the busiest, has 100+ pax movements during a typical graveyard shift. Add to that a bunch of cargo ops as well.

DXB has quite some nightflights, too
Destruction leads to a very rough road but it also breeds creation

Don't forget LAS.

America West has its night hub operations to 54 destinations across the country all from approximately 10pm and 1am.

In addition, the countless red-eyes offered by UniTED, US Airways, Continental, AA, Delta, Northwest etc.
