The service is comparable to KLM but nothing fancy in coach. Coach is 32inch seat pitch, there is no IFE, just cabin screens. Food is basically a small portions of overcooked chicken and vegitable with some potatoes, a roll and a small peice of cake. All alcohol must be paid for now  Sad.

Overall though it isn't so bad.

The Business Class product is very good and is better than NW/KL , AA and CO (I have done all in J class).

I have done coach on AF and DL and KL to AMS, I think AF is best for coach on that route
Golf Foxtrot you are cleared for departure

1MILLIONFLYER:

I would contend that CO's J product [BusinessFirst] is superior to BusinessElite on DL. While I am a lifelong DL flier and DL is my carrier of choice, there simply is no comparison. CO's Y and J products beat DL's international offering every day of the week on 767 especially.

You are right on one point, it is not that bad. I like it, I'd say its better than NW as you state. Though, we've heard many positive things about the new A330 services.

Can't speak for AA's Int'l J product. B4REAL
