AT7, DH4 Or F50 In Terms Of Comfort And Quietness?

Which do you prefer in terms of comfort and quietness: the ATR-72, the Dash-8-400, or the Fokker 50?

Dash 8-400. It is actually fairly roomy.

I am also interested in this.

I had my first Q400 flight a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed indeed. Have also flown on the Q300 which I thought was superb. Am something of a Dash 8 fan now!  Wink/being sarcastic

Have got another Dash 8 next month  Smile but also my first AT4 flights too. Heard the AT4 is not quite as nice as the Q300/400's but would be nice to hear some opinions from those who have sampled these types of aircraft.

The Q400 is a great aircraft, and most of the aviation-lay men on the plane agreed, despite the fact that they had to go down stairs from the jetway down to the ramp.
We're gonna do what we like to call a "jetBlue how do you do", which is slang for dumping a bunch of fuel in the ocean

They say that the Q400 rocks, but the F-50 is also very good compared to the ATR.

I have only ever been on an ATR72-500 when it comes to regional aircraft, I am very impressed with the ATR I must say.

Never flew on a Q400, but did fly on ATR42-300, ATR72-200, ATR72-500, Dash 8-Q300 and Fokker 50.

Of these aircraft, I found the most comfortable to be the ATR72-500. It is very quiet in the cabin, more like a regional jet.

Although the Q300 is quite new and modern, it is terrible for cabin comfort if the noise surpression system doesn´t work. The main problem here is the old-fashioned four bladed propellers, which make more noise than the six-bladed props of the newer ATR´s and the Fokker 50. The cockpit systems could use some updating as well. Compared to the older Fokker 50, the latter has a more advanced cockpit layout in many ways. For example the Q300 doesn´t have an automatic climb power button as on the Fokker, but the pilots have to adjust prop RPM manually. Generally the materials used on the F50 are of higher quality as well.
