For a PAX point of view, who here prefers the ATR or DAsh 8 and why?

Dash 8 seems comfortable, and most agree. My favorite aircraft, and best of all QX operates them!

I think they are both nice. But if I had to compare the Dash-8-400 with an ATR-42, I'd say the Q400 is far quieter. Didn't notice any difference in comfort though...

Have not flown on the 400, but my experiences with the Dash-8-100/200 have been my worst flights ever. Those were US Airways Express planes (and one UAX/Mesa), and they were in terrible shape. I will not be sad to see these planes sent to the recycle bin.

Can anybody compare the Dash-8-100/200 to the -400? Besides age, what are the differences?
