Pan Am Fleet - What Would Clippers Look Like Today

If you haven't been there, look around - there are some spectacular new designs out there. Of course, my first choice to look at was, of course, Pan Am. That 777-221 is gorgeous!!

So, of course, my annual "what-if-Pan-Am-was-still-flying" & "what-would-their-fleet-and-hubs-be" fantasy. I've got mine, I'd love to hear all of yours!! I'll tell you mine after y'all tell me yours.

Not impressed with the PAN AM,though the BA Landor A380 is superb!

I would have doubts the livery would have changed much from the latest billboard scheme. If you come to think that the blue stripe livery lasted over 25 years, I bet the billboard would still be around.
Also, Pan Am had orders for the A320 or at least expressed serious interest in the A320 family so this pic would have almost come true as a 727 replacement:


I also believe they would have gone for the A330 as a replacement of their A300s and A310s, and maybe even the A340:


Of course for replacement of their 747s they could have ordered 744s or even the A380, who knows:



I think it's very unlikely they would have any MD-11s, 767s, 757s or anything along the lines. Regional jets however might have been possible.
