Favorite Route

Fri Feb 25, 2005 5:03 am

New user here after being JAFO for quite a while....

Just curious as to people's favorite route. For me the LHR-LINATE on BA and back is the best. Something about the early morning flight to LHR in the BA 757....Cute airport in Milan and great views of the alps too....

My favorite no longer exists - SAN-LHR. 747-436 or 777-236 doesn't matter. Those beautiful birds are SORELY missed gracing the skies of San Diego:

Favourite route has to be KLM Cityhopper's AMS-MMX route, before it was dropped. Cityhopper flew three daily rotation between Amsterdam and Malmö, Sweden, and flight were first operated by a SAAB 340B, but then changed to a Fokker 50. Also, when it comes to favourite regional turboprops, the fokker 50 wins!
Sure, we're concerned for our lives. Just not as concerned as saving 9 bucks on a roundtrip to Ft. Myers.

Since this is my most frequent route and I like it very much I have to say ARN-EWR/JFK preferably on SK metal.

Bye the way, shouldn't this be in the Polls and Prefs forum?

Any flight leaving FRA.
Just hate that place.  Smile

Other than that, I always found the TPA-ATL route to be enjoyable.

I was wondering how long before the "forum police" would post something like this !!! It only took 9 replies!!!!

Anyway, my favourite route was ANYTHING into the old Kai-Tak/Hong Kong Airport... what an experience!!!

BA to anywhere in the US or Caribbean. Preferably when I turn left on entering the plane. If I had to pick, Barbados.

Hi,

I love flying from Manchester to anywhere in Greece and her Islands. I am flying to Santorini in May and the scenery will be amazing on this route. Hopefully I will be able to get some pictures on here to share with you all on the beauty of Greece!

Hi

My favorite route has got to be any route that takes me away from the normal everyday existence that I live, any flight that takes me to Sun, Sea and whatever else, (the other half is watching), is my favorite.

The best homeward flight has got to be any one into LACY as most of them fly straight over my house, and I can see my house hasn't burnt down!, this also counts as my worst flight as it normally flies over my workplace, and I can see it hasn't burnt down.
