SAN's (http://www.san.org) is pretty awful for no aparent reason. Format is awful, terminal maps haven't been updated in ages, they rarely have new service announcements... A lot of the other information that one may be looking for is _there_ it's just impossible to find without resorting to Google and adding "site:san.org" to the end of the query.
A friend has written them several times over the past few years to no avail...
Heck I think either of us would be glad to whip something else up on a volunteer basis if thats what it took...
Then again PLN (Pellston, Michigan)'s site at http://www.pellstonairport.com/
hasn't been touched in over a year -- still has the "architect's rendering" of the new terminal, and they've been using it for like 18 months now, with more information "coming soon"
's website looked quite nice, though...
[Not the world's best web designer, either, http://www.tviff.com/
is the only thing I really deal with...]
