When And Where Are You Flying Next?

Fri May 27, 2005 11:56 am

I am heading out on NW at 9:31a from FLL-DTW on a 320 and then changing to a CRJ from DTW-CAK with the same routing back to FLL on 6/11.

When are you next travelling and where to? After my NW flight, I am heading to PHL on DL on 6/23 and returning from JFK-FLL on Song on 6/27.

I love hearing other people's itineraries, especially if they are exciting routings or exotic destinations. I hope to add some more photos to my personal website, too (see profile for address)

Sure, we're concerned for our lives. Just not as concerned as saving 9 bucks on a roundtrip to Ft. Myers.

I've got an exotic one...FLL-BDL on song June 2 and EWR-FLL on CO June 5...thats as exotic as it will get. I hope to fly to IND, GNV, TLH, ATL, MDW/ORD and DAB sometime this year to visit some friends in college/in my old hometown...but on a college students budget, I highly doubt it! FLL-BDL-FLL will be as exotic as it gets (at LEAST 4 trips this school year!)
NEXT FLIGHT: FLL-ATL-HPN on FL

Very worth watching landscapes from my window seat (left, behind) :

In the daytime :
- Flying over the Alps, short after taking off from Geneva (13:40)
- Flying all along the Italian coast (over the Mediterranean Sea)
- Reaching the yellow Egyptian desert, after the blue Mediterranean Sea
- Flying at 11400m along a part of the Nile Valley (big snake in the desert)

By night:
- When leaving the Read Sea behind, flying along and over (almost touching)
the hugely illuminated City of Jeddah, short before landing.

In the daytime again
- Reaching India (one of my two homes) and flying over the Subcontinent
from the Arabic Sea to the Bay of Bengal

I always appreciate the transit in Jeddah (short time but enough to buy some delicious dates) and the one in Riyadh (nice airport architecture and transit passengers in great Oriental dresses).

Saudi Arabian Airlines is offering a very nice service, and a special one between Europe and Saudi Arabia (golden service)  Cool

Cheers. Kilavoud.
