If I need information British Airways has a great easy to use and clean website. United Airlines offers a lot of information to and is also very helpful but not as clean and stylish. bmi British Midland has a great website that is very stylish and gives enough information.

My top three are:

1) British Airways

2) United Airlines

3) bmi British Midland

Thanks.

My favorite website is US Airways by far (http://www.usairways.com). Out of all of the sites I have used, none has been better then US Airways. I think that anyone who has booked award travel on-line with US Airways will agree.

You must not have uses AA or DL they both have very good websites.

WN is the best though. You can cancel your flight, put the funds into a hold account, then re-ticket all without ever having to talk to an agent, and NO CHANGE FEE!
Golf Foxtrot you are cleared for departure

Nahhh..... you have to request a password (why can't you just choose your own?), and I don't like it's setup.

British Airways allows you to choose your seat, request a meal, and many other things quite easily and is stylish while being informative. Qantas is not bad too or HP.

1) British Airways
2) Qantas
3) America West

United has a great site for info, but not very stylish.

My favourites are AA and B6, although B6 still has some work do to on the route map - the partial interactivity is an improvement, though.

I'm also a fan of Frontier's design, especially the uber-cool routemaps.

UA's tends to run a little slow sometimes, but it's a good design overall.

Delta's commits the cardinal sin of not letting you use the "NYC" code - it's a pain in the ass to have to search LGA, EWR, and JFK separately. There's simply no excuse for this.

Varig's Brazilian website:

http://www.varig.com.br

They have upgraded their North American website to look similar to the brazilian one:

http://portal.varig.com.br/us/varig/index_html

Check here to see if they have upgraded your country's website:

TAM has a nice website too:

http://www.nwa.com is the easiest and consistently wins best website awards

I found WN's website sometimes difficult and confusing, and it doesnt show you the actual cost of the flight including taxes until right before you book it for good. I found it was easy to change flights, but dont like the way the search engine is and the fact that nothing is really on the main page.

AA's is getting better but still rather poor when you search for flights, it doesnt give you the cost until after you select flights.

I really like ones where you can see how many / what seats are taken before you book. These include AA, DL, NW, CO, and probably a bunch more.

I recently used CO's site to book an open-jaw trip for my dad... Was really easy to do.

US's site is also really easy to use.

Its not bad but its still a pain to find things, such as seat maps and what not.
