Lan Peru Vs. Lan Vs. AA

Sat Oct 08, 2005 12:51 pm

What is the difference between Lan and Lan Peru and which one would be better to fly on LAX-LIM?

I think from LAX you'd be on LAN rather than LAN Peru - although they might codeshare like they did on my LIM-SCL flight. To me and you, they're essentially the same company (it's more complicated than that though).

LAN is a great airline - our 767 had AVOD and free alcohol.

I believe if you take AA you'll be connecting in either DFW or MIA, then you'll take a B757 or B767 to LIM...not PTV's, alcohol is $5, no food on domestic flight (except for transcontinent they might have buy on board, not really worth it though)

I assume you're still talking about AA rather than LAN? Your post does not make it clear!
