Without getting into specifics, it is a better quality meal. And more substantial. The differences really are in: Service-a dedicated flt attendant to 31 pax (now I think it is two F/A's) vs. a 5 to 230 ratio.Seat-More leg room and wider seats. As well as a dedicated lav "exclusively for the use of our club class passengers!" may not be a big deal right now, but after the movie is over, you're not lining up with the masses in the back to fight over 1 of 4 lavs for 230 pax. Amenities-free headset and liquor. Baggage-is tagged as club and loaded into its' own container, last one on, first one off so theoretically you get your bags first in the arriving terminal. But I said theoretically. Boarding-you will hear "our club class passengers are kindly invited to board at their leisure" meaning you don't have to wait until your seat row is called and of course being right at L1 door have first crack at leaving the A/C upon arrival. Now having said all that, is it worth the $200.00? It is a judgment call, If it was an overnight flight to Europe, by all means it is worth it it terms of comfort and how much better you will feel on arrival with your internal clock all messed up and trying to sleep. But staying within a reasonable # of time zones, even on a 5 hr flt, Economy could be comfortable enough for a day time flight. And you could spend the $200.00 in a casino or on day excursions. I would rather see you save the money and wish you did the upgrade than do the upgrade and find it a waste of money because unless you've done the same flight, to the same place in economy, you won't know if you could live with it or want the upgrade.
With all this info, I might have made your decision harder. Finally, if it is a special occasion ie: honeymoon, anniversary..etc $#@% it, spend the cash and have a good time.
