GOOD QUESTION.  Smile

I have a more personal connection with the Convairs. I have parts and blueprints and a bunch of other Convair memorabilia. Concorde is a beauty for sure - but I regret I have very little Concorde stuff in my collection.

My father was a Systems Analyst for Convair back in the late 60's. The A340 reminds me of the 990, a beauty.

Favourite Military Plane - McDonnel Douglas F-16

Small nit there, B742. McDonnell-Douglas never built the F-16. It was originally a General Dynamics product and then the line was sold to Lockheed.

At any rate, my nominees:

Favorite biz jet - None really
Favorite airliner - Boeing 747-400
Favorite private aircraft - None really
Favorite military aircraft - Grumman F-14 Tomcat
South Carolina - too small to be its own country, too big to be a mental asylum.

I love the A-6 airframe in general but could not find an awesome inflight pic like the one of the EA-6B Prowler. I was actually looking for the A-6E when I came across that nice Prowler pic. It is a really nice pic so I thought I would go ahead and show it to everyone. But just to make it clear, my favorite military aircraft is the Grumman A-6 in any form.

Kudos to the photographer for that one.
