Which Option Do You Prefer On Aircraft?

Fri Nov 25, 2005 7:15 am

Tried to see if this has been posted before but didn't find anything.

What I'm trying to see is how people find an aircraft more appealing depending on certain things like version of the a/c, winglets, engines, etc. This is not Airbus vs. Boeing btw.

A318 CFM or PW: PW
A319 IAE or CFM: IAE
A320 IAE or CFM: IAE
A321 IAE or CFM: IAE
A330 RR, PW or GE: RR
B747-400 PW, RR, GE: RR
B757’s RR or PW: PW
B767’s PW, RR, GE: RR

A320 Single or Double main landing gear (Indian Airlines): Double
A340 -200, -300, -500 or -600: -500
B737NG With or without winglets: with winglets
B747-400 With or without winglets (747-400D): with winglets
B757 -200 or -300: -200
B757-200 With or without winglets: with winglets
B767 -200, -300 or -400 : -400
B777 -200 or –300: -300
CRJ 200, 700 or 900: -700
ERJ 135, 140 or 145: 145
ERJ135 Legacy With or w/out winglets: with winglets
EMB 170, 175, 190 or 195: 190
Hawker 800 With or w/out winglets: with winglets

Thanks

Aviogenex it's a name I've liked for years, no special reason. And it's indeed from Serbia and Montenegro.  Smile

I've seen your nickname in Airliners.net many times and always wondered where does it come from. The reason why I was interested is because my first ever flight was on Aviogenex Tu-134 back in 1978.
