Continental (Platinum Elite) 1,003 segments since Jan 1997.
ExpressJet 154 segments since 2000.
TWA 975 segments between 1982 and 2001.
Frontier (old) 3 segments from 1982 to 1987.
Frontier (new) 382 segments since 1994.
America West 114 segments since 2003.
Delta 74 segments since 1987, and problems with all of them.
Western 28 segments from 1982 to 1987.
Aegean 19 segments since 2002.
Olympic 12 segments since 1982.
Morris Air 10 segments from 1994 to 1997.
Comair 6 segments since 2002.
Northwest 4 segments since 2001.
Aeroflot 3 segments since 1982.
South African 3 segments since 2003.
jetBlue 2 segments since Feb 2005.
United PS 1 segment since June 2005.
United mainline 2 segments in August 1999.
EgyptAir 2 segments since 2001.
Southwest 2 segments since 1997.
ASA 1 segment in March 2005.

Well thats about it! Kinda short list though, sorry bout that!

wow for as many times as I have flown, it sure doesn't seem like many airlines  Smile I mainly flew UA in the 90's, with NW recently being my main choice since '98.

In Asia/Oceania: Malaysia, Singapore, Cathay, Japan, Air Asia, Qantas, and Air NZ.

In the U.S.: United, US Air, Continental, American, Song, Northwest, Alaska, and Air Canada.

In Europe: British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, Alitalia, Easyjet, BMI, Iberia, SAS, Swiss, Ryanair, Monarch, Air 2000, and Sabena.
