I have flown on Adria many times both on CRJ and A320.
They are not bad but far away from excellent. Route VIE
is one they try very hard as it brings a lot of money and the competition is really hard.
My experience is that you can compare them to LH
in every possible way.
Crew not exactly overwhelmed, many delays especially on LGW
route (that is a route I used primarily), A320 bit worn out, CRJ200 very nice.
Catering is quite basic indeed but considering their prices I would say it is great (baugette, coffee or tea, drink service). Especially on LJU
they are trying to be kind of low cost/legacy carrier hybrid because they have competition (EZY).
If you fly on Airbus try to get seat up to row 10 as seat pitch is much better (1-8 - 36'; 9-10 - 33', 11-13 - 31' and then 30'). On CRJ200 it is all the same 30' with maybe 1' more in the overwing exit.
(Business class config really depends on the day, so may be sitting in row 5 when flying economy on A320)
