Southwest BNA-MCO-RSW

Fri Feb 10, 2006 7:45 am

Hello all,

Just booked my first trip on Southwest from Nashville to Fort Myers via Orlando...

Any advice and tips of both the airline and the routes? Will be in Orlando for over an hour, any good terminal food there as it will be lunch time and I dont do pretzels  Wink

I plan to check-in online before hand. Any tips on how long in advance I need to get to the airport... I will do some spotting but the first leg leaves at silly o'clock in the morning so not too early I hope...

I just hope to be on a winglet 737 on one of the four flights...

By the way what does RSW stand for?

Thanks,

Regional Southwest (FLordia)Airport. Its opened in the early 80's but changed the name to International in the early 90's because of the flights to Germany. Southwest Florida is a hot spot for the Germans. They like it there.

Just some fast food joints in the WN airside. Nothing too fancy. You'll have a good view of the eastern runway used mainly by WN, B6, and DL.
