I find the business class compartment not too bad, but the economy class seems old.nevertheless, the cabin seems spacious

I think it is great, I would fly it happily. It actually looks more comfortable than some of the seats I've seen onboard other aircraft.

Strange system with the fan in the seat...
The white zone is for immediate loading and unloading of passengers only

Not really strange, as the old DC-8-50 used to have that too...guess, it's just "old-fashioned", but good enough for the center-seats...how do you adjust your fan otherwise ??
don't throw away tomorrow !

I seem to like it. It looks really nice a spacious. I like the 3-3-3 seating. instead of 2-4-3 I much rather have the 3 in the middle than the 4.

Quoting LY777 (Thread starter):

I think that the photographer in Budapest should have taken a look at the Aeroflot seat map:

What he claims is business class is actually first class. Business class is 2-2-2. However, on that particular flight (SVO-BUD), SU probably had no first class passengers, so the biz passengers were probably upgraded to the first cabin, just like e.g. Thai is doing on their 747 flights between BKK-HKT.

I find the business class compartment not too bad

The real business cabin is very bad; only slightly wider seats and slightly more pitch than in the 3-3-3 economy.

The first cabin is okay, but even below most European long-haul business class products. The seat pitch in first is so small that you can't even keep a laptop on your tray table if the person in front of you reclines his seat (believe me, I've tried!).

Quoting LY777 (Thread starter):
but the economy class seems old.

It feels like sitting in a very old DC-10.

Quoting LY777 (Thread starter):
the cabin seems spacious

It looks spacious because there are no center overhead bins, and the baggage bins on each side are extremely small.
