Only 2:

CX 747-200 and I remember getting an electric shock as I climbed the stairs.

NZ 767-200ER, I can remember it clearly as it was on the 1st of October 2000 (day of the closing ceremony) just out of SYD on the East/West runway and we looked out the cockpit and there was the entire Olympic venue from the air! It was spectacular seeing that and the fact that it was the last day made it more special.
It's all about the destination AND the journey.

Flew the entire few hours of duty with a pilot friend of mine in an Eastern Australia (QantasLink) Dash 8 about 12 years ago. A great day!
I do quite enjoy a spot of flying - more so when it's not in Economy!

Well, maybe they are waiting for the first Norwegian terrorist attack before barring Norwegians from visiting the flightdeck.

A bit off topic but when I had my first 747 flight back in 1972 I got a static shock every time I touched something metal, it eventually made me feel quite ill.
After Monday and Tuesday even the calendar says WTF...

A fair few in years gone by... but by far the best was in AC 747-400COMBI C-GAGN, where I was allowed to sit in the co-pilot's seat briefly whilst over the Atlantic! I never thought it was legal... but then again I wasn't complaining!  eyepopping

For me 2.5 times, all on Varig. First time was late 70's flying from Recife to Rio. I visited the cockpit of a 727 as we approached Rio. I remember 2 things very distinctly, how quiet it was compared to the cabin and looking out the windows and seeing SugarLoaf and the beaches of Copacabana. It was like we were suspended in air, almost no sense of motion.

Second time I was upgraded to First on a RG flight from ATL to GIG on a 767. After dinner I could not sleep so I asked if I could visit. The FA brought me to the cockpit where I was there for almost 2 hrs chatting with the crew. They even kept bringing me cognac. Supreme!

Last time, and the .5, was on a flight from POA to GRU and a Russian colleague of mine wanted to visit. Since I speak Portuguese, I asked on his behalf. It was a 737 evening flight, he came back grinning ear to ear!

Once, when I was 11, I was allowed a brief visit in the cockpit together with my father, I can't remember what A/C (travelled from OSL to Gran Canaria). I had already started my Flight Sim career and immediately pointed out the flap lever, and the pilots where quite impressed.

For me, six times:

Boeing 747 British Airways from YYZ-LHR and LHR-YYZ when I was 3 (and yes I still remember climbing the stairs on the way to the cockpit!)

Boeing 747 Air Canada again from YYZ-LHR and LHR-YYZ when I was 6

my last time....
Boeing 757 Canada 3000 froom YYZ-MAN and MAN-YYZ

I miss the days when I was young and the flight attendants would ask me, like I needed to be ask, if I wanted to go up to the cockpit...I assume young ones today don't get this opportunity...

My very first cockpit landing was on TK 737-400 to ZRH in 1999. It was one of the first flights I ever had and I was extremely excited. I thought it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen in my life. Until I flew on a 738 en route TBS-IST. The sun was just coming up and the view of the Turkish Black Sea coast was looking surreal.

My very last landing was into GVA on a clear winter's day last year. Again TK on 738 coming from IST. We flew over MXP and later parallel to Mt Blanc. Now that's a sight one should see before s/he dies... Unfortunately, I didn't have my cam with me...
