is pretty ok as long as there are no delays, since KL
service recovery isn't the best. Seating is cramped (31"), however the seats on the B777 are good and all have AVOD. I flew KL
m-class in B747. No PTV, and again the dreadful 31" pitch and had a middle seat between 2 big guys (and I'm also tall). The flight however -besides the lack of legroom/personal space- was EXCELLENT. THe cabin crew went out of their way to serve the passengers- I felt a "guest" in stead of "passenger". Many drinks were served, food was good (I must say that I'm like a garbage bin and eat almost anything!
) and FAs were around all the time, despite being a "redeye".
I have never flown Malev, but what I've heard, it's good.
The transfer in AMS
should be easy. In case your JFK
is late and you're about to miss your connection, you will be rebooked since there are many AMS
flights with KL
/MA. Enjoy your flight!
