What Is Your Favorite Flight #?

Wed Jun 28, 2006 10:16 am

Seems like I always remember my two favorite flight numbers:

I guess I remember Flight #118 and Flight #677 very well because I have flown on them multiple times on same routes (although these flight numbers are now used on different routes).

I am sure most of you have your favorite flight number(s)? of the Future

I can't remember any of my flight numbers.

But some that stay in my mind are: Swissair 111, TS 236, AA 11, UA 93, TWA 800

Air Southwest's WOW307.

Has delivered me safely back home to Plymouth many times this year.

My favourite flight number is Air Canada Flight 860, because it was the first time I had been to the UK in 12 years!

I've only flown on a flight 667 once (F9 DEN-PHX), but my very next flight on US from PHX-LAS-MSP was on N667AW. That flight number was 694, which is also the number of the northern half of the MSP-area beltway.

My most common flight is SCX701 MSP-PHX, which is also my next flight. Also two of my Frequent Flyer airlines operate flights 100 into MSP - NW PHX-MSP and F9 DEN-MSP, although I've never wound up on either.

289 sticks in my head because it's the flight number of the only 747 arrival in to PHX (on BA). I never wind up seeing the departure as it is generally to the west, but that's 288.

Flights 1 are always interesting of course - at least on airlines that have them (Delta, I'm looking in your direction)

My most favorite however? My very first flight was on Champion Air MSP-PVR. The flight number? 420.

(and please no one assume anything based on that, but I still find it funny)
Last Flight: SCX701 MSP-PHX B738 8Jan2008
