Best Row To Sit On FL 737 And 717?

Sun Aug 06, 2006 10:59 am

pretty straight forward question. whats the best row to see all the operations of the wing (and still have a view of the ground) on the 73G and 717? also for those that have flown FL is it worth it to upgrade to first? or save the money? I'm flying out next weekend from SFO-EWR (via ATL of course)

thanks for the suggestions..

hey everyone its a simple question. I'm flying airtan (FL) this friday night and I'm on the red-eye from SFO-ATL. I was wondering whats the chance I'll be on an winglet equipped 7NG? I don't really care for the registration just wondering if i'll be on one with winglets. thanks for any help you guys and gals provide.

I would recommend rows 16-20 on the 73G... not familiar with the 717 considering the fact i havn't flown on one  dopey

For the 73G, I always try for row 15, you can't beat it.
There is a great view of the wing, and you can see the ground quite well.

Rows 13 and 14 are no good if you want to see the ground, I've
had that experience. Anyways, I'd go for rows 15-17 if you
really want to see the wing like I do.
