I'm sorry you had a bad experience with HP
but I can't imagine the mess in First had anything to do with the staff but with the slobs in the seats before you. Unless you may be refering to pillows and blankets strewn about. Which most definately should have been put away. I have flown First only a few times so most of my experience with First is passing through to get on or off the plane. Yet, for me, it always seems to be the messiest part of the plane at the end of the flight. I realize there are slobs everywhere but the flight crew are not janitors. They even come around with a trash bag at the end of every flight. Why can't the passengers give the crew all their trash at that time?
As for the crew, you can have rude ones on any airline, maybe these were annoyed with the slobs they had to deal with on their previous leg. Not that there is any excuse for rude behavior.
Sorry for the rant but I was raised to pick up after myself.
