Has Anybody Flown Vladivostok Air BKK-ICN

Sat Sep 22, 2007 4:17 pm

Hi,

I found out from their web site that Vladivostok Air serves BKK-ICN. Has anybody any experience with this airline on this route? What are their flights like? Also, do they have an agent in BKK or would I have to buy tickets directly at the airport?

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

Haven't flown them... but regarding your question about their agents:

As for booking them, their flights are offered on opodo, so you should also be able to go to any travel agent to get a ticket on their flights.

Hi Ldlkaros,

any experience on this route but some with this airline in the VVO-MOW route.

Flown twice last year in the new Tupolev Tu-204-300.

If this can help you, let me know.

Regards,

Gerard

From Amadeus it seems that they serve this flight with an A320 aircraft, shame it's not the Tu 204. Unless of course they just loaded the A320 into the scheds because it is similar to the Tupolev, Mahan Air do that I believe.

Hi Gerard,

What do you think of them? Are they reliable and what is their onboard service like?

According to their web site they do have A320s in their fleet. I have flown on plenty of A320s but never on a Russian jetliner so the TU-204 would be my favorite choice, too. I'll give them a call here in Bangkok to find out what aircraft type they actually use.
