What are some flights that can be the worst for jet lag? I imagine, flying west over the Pacific, can be pretty tough. Which are the worst?

Most people find that flying eastbound through many time zones results in worse jet lag than flying the same distance westbound. Your body clock seems to do a better job of adjusting to a longer day than a shorter day.

After 20 years of transatlantic flying. it is much harder on me going from East to West.
