Done here too, but please have a n/a option! I wound up just choosing zero for the airlines I haven't flown.
Sorry about that...my professor said I had to use that scale. I was not allowed to use a 0-10 or put an n/a. The point of the survey is to find out about what people's perception of the airline was. So if you didn't fly the airline, you could just mark what you believe the airline to have based on what you have heard. It's a project for a marketing class so the idea was to find out how each airline is viewed. So for example, if people believe Jetblue to have bad on-board entertainment compared to other US airlines and since jetblue has a superior entertainment product compared to most US airlines, that means they do a bad job marketing and need to change.
