763's is becoming the new "NW DC-9 thread."
Evan767 pretty much hit the nail in the head of what to expect from DL
in terms of their longhaul Y product on 767's. Service seems to be hit or miss on AA
, but DL
lately has become much more consistent in terms of offering good FA
service. I flew them longhaul about a year ago (with one of the flights being on a 763), and they were great. Yes, there was the lack of a certain seatback IFE device on the 767 flight, but the FA
's were great and the interior was comfortable/in great condition. They constantly came around checking on everyone and offering coffee, tea, and water. In addition to that, the meals they served were good, especially the veggie pizza that was served about 1.5-2 hours before arrival in ATL
. The 767 actually had slightly more foot room underneath the seats than the 777's, which probably had to do with the IFE boxes.
