I was really young at the time, but I remember flying on a BY widebody, so I assume it was either a 762 or a 763 to PMI from MAN. Bit of a shame thats the biggest I've flown, but at least now I'll remember it when I fly on something a bit bigger.
For the longest time my biggest plane was the 757-200, but since this summer it's been the Airbus A330-300 (US Airways, CDG-PHL). I have however been on, but not flown on, the 747 at the Le Bourget museum. I'm not sure if that's a 741 or 742 though.
Nowadays my second-largest plane flown on is the 757-300.
Pan Am 747-100 for me. It was an LAX-HNL flight back in the mid 80s. First and so far only flight on a 747. Sat 2 rows aft of door L4. I was a youngster then and that made the 747 seem so much bigger than what it is.
