FL Interview Process For CS/Ramp...

Hi all,

Was wondering if there's any FL insiders out there with any knowledge of the hiring process for Customer Service/Ramp positions in their outstations. I have a telephone interview coming up, and was wondering what usually happens next. Also, what kinds of things are usually covered in the telephone portion of the interview?? I assume the phone call will come from their recruiting dept in ATL, rather than from a local representative...?

Anyways, any help would be appreciated. I'd like to make the best impression possible!!!!

They will ask how do handle difficult situations. Explain a time when you have gone above and beyond to help a customer. What are some of your achivements. Whats sales background do you have. What actions would you take to max your bus. class upgrade sales.

These are some off the top off my head. Just be calm and relaxed and be in a mind set to think on your toes. If you do not have an answer to something take your time and make something up
