Was wondering if there's any FL insiders out there with any knowledge of the hiring process for Customer Service/Ramp positions in their outstations. I have a telephone interview coming up, and was wondering what usually happens next. Also, what kinds of things are usually covered in the telephone portion of the interview?? I assume the phone call will come from their recruiting dept in ATL, rather than from a local representative...?
Anyways, any help would be appreciated. I'd like to make the best impression possible!!!!
