With food cutbacks in Y, F and C catering seems to get better. In the past, I used to become a glutton on the plane. But these days, I tend to chose the lighter options, often skipping one or two courses during the long haul flight.
I often get the chicken or fish or veggie dish rather than beef.
I often skip the soup and salad.
I ALWAYS go for the caviar!
I eat maybe half the dessert.
