How Is Row 30 On FL's 717?

Has anybody flown in this seat before on FL? Any comment appreciated Big grin

Spanair was so kind to seat me in an exit row over the wing for the short hop ALC-BCN and in that location engine noise was almost non-existant.

According to http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Air...AirTran_Airways_Boeing_717-200.php thing are quite different in row 30.
Have you selected that row intentionally ?

No, i did'nt chose that row, it was the only one there was lol


I always look at seatguru, but according to the pictures from other travellers, the turbine doesn't really block a view.

Yep, SeatGuru is your friend. I did a phot search on a.net and only came up with a couple. This one says 3rd from last (29?):
