How Much Would You Pay For Sim Time?

Sun Apr 13, 2008 1:47 am

There is an ad on Ebay right by UA for a trip to DEN for a night and 2 hours simulator time (equipment type is not specified) included in the UA Flight Training Center facility. Right now it's going for $7,700 and all of the proceeds go to American Cancer Society, which I think is really cool. If I had the money I would do it, but maybe that's the novice aviator in me.....or just the fact that I would give my left arm for 2 hours in a 757 simulator! The experience would be amazing and worth every penny. One day I will be in the real thing, but I would still pay now. Anyone else???

Wow, that is pretty neat. I'd love to do it. $7,700 worth, that's a bit steep when my gf and I are trying to save for a house but...

Maybe I should dump her, take my money, and go to Denver!  Smile
