There's just a light rail line that takes you to and from Inner Harbor. But you maybe onto something because I think there is a commuter train travelling all the way to Baltimore. There are also plenty of city busses too.
is a really nice airport. Maybe not the best, but it beats others I can think of to be stuck at.

I can just take the bus and light rail everywhere, but if I move back to the Richmond or Tri-Cities area, I'll definately have to get a car. Hey, dude, you wouldn't happen to be an alumni of the ASAP program in VA are you? Yeah, I have a few friends who aren't a stranger to ASAP. He he he he.
