Your posting showed up with no link.

By single seats, what exactly do u mean?

On SAA's old 742's the C class on the right hand side used to have single seat J class seats - very cool! As do QF's 767's (some versions) though not as comfy/big as SAA's.

Delta's commuter flights from Chicago to LGA (forget aircraft - maybe EMB something..) has very comfy big seats in a 1-2 configuration. 1 A is like being in a private jet - super cool.

The most personal space.

In that seat, you have people walking by (even though this is not too frequent) in Business Class anyhow) on both sides of you. And, IIRC, there used to be some kind of trolley placed in front of this seat during cruise, so people will be standing in front of you frequently.
Overall, this seat got / gets mixed reviews f.i. on seatguru.com.

The Single Seat placed at the wall of AC's B763 probably is the better experience, as you have a window to look out of and direct access to the aisle.

Except that configuration no longer exists. I think AC has finished (or almost finished) the XM conversion of their 763s to the new flat-bed "herringbone" seats (1-1-1).

I liked the old AC 2-2-1 layout (or 1-2-2 on.ex-CP 763s which had the single seat on the left side) better than CO's current 2-1-2 on 762s and 764s with the single seat in the middle (a couple of other carriers including AZ are also 2-1-2). You thus have traffic in the aisle on both sides. However, any 5-abreast J layout on 767s is much better than 6-abreast like DL currently.
