767-300ER: I've been lucky to make some short flights on it and boy does that thing have performance with a light load; flew it with KLM on LHR-AMS and we rocketed off the ground after only a few thousand feet of tarmac! Also a very comfortable aircraft for longer flights, I've spent almost ten hours on one and just love the 2-3-2 layout.

I've only been on the 67 for two airlines: UA and DL. I am hoping to fly US's 67 soon. I like UA's 767-3 much better. IFE and very spacious. Much better than DLs.

On a purely aesthetic level, for me it's a toss-up between:

Not if its a non XM'd AC machine though... the 200's are worse. I was pissed at having to take one again last week, but then I thought it wont be long before 762ER's are going to be a rare beast, particularly with JT9's and we will be making trips to Iran and Sharjah to fly on one, so just sat back and enjoyed the history and the sound of the JT9's spooling up, as they will be gone within a month or so. The XM'd 300ER's are pretty nice, but personal opinion, the A330 gives a better ride.

To look at, the 400 wins.

Hi

Now I have to say the Boeing 767-200ER version in the classic Britannia Airways livery - its FAB! Nothing like it...

Have always loved this bird too! My current fave is the one I get to ride the most often now - AA's 763. Love it!

I really like the only 767 I have flown on, the 763ER (with BA). A really nice aircraft.

I love the 764...something about the raked wingtips gives the aircraft a sleek look.

I love the look of the 764. But only flown on the 200s and 300s.

Something about the raked wingtips makes it look cool.

Probably either the -300/ER and 400ER. Don't ask me why.

767-200 and 767-300 would be my choice, because I like the cabin design better, specifically the overhead storage and ceiling. Not a fan of newer ergo - bulbous - jellybean stuff.

They all look great from the outside, even -200 (fat girls need love too  Smile)

Kinda right there with you.

I don't really have a clear cut favorite. I have flown on DL 767-300 and -400, HA 767-300, AA-767-200 and -300, UA 767-300, and TG 767-200. I would say that the newer built ones of any airline would be my favorite. Love the updated interiors.

The 767 is my favorite aircraft for many reasons, among them that it is an honest, unpretentious plane that flies equally well on long- and short-haul routes. My favorite version is the 767-300 (ER) with the European-style four-door layout (two main doors up front, an emergency exit behind the wing, and a main door aft. The BA aircraft I flew on were very comfortable, even in coach. I also like the layout on the KLM aircraft, with their purser's stations and lavvys in the center section. It's a great all-around aircraft.

My favourite is the 767-300ER version, i think it was a mix of looking at pictures, flying it on FS, and flying on it with First Choice.

Agree 100% with you there, the classic britannia livery was brilliant, plus loved the aircraft when i flew on it, it was a much smoother flight than the 737 we flew back on.

I don't really have anything against it, IMO it just looks a little bit funny compared to the long 300s and -400s.
