Hope this helps.

LAN might not be a bad choice - you get kilometers instead of miles, which is a good deal since you get 1601 kms for 1000 miles flown.
Of course, the biggest thing to remember is that they are FREQUENT flyer programs - there's not a whole lot of difference between any program out there if you don't fly that much.

as I will fly in some weeks several legs with LP / LA I would like to ask what One World carrier is providing the best frequent flyer program... I think I am still member on AAdvantage but my miles are already gone as I had since 2 year no activity... so what is the best option?

QF FrequentFlyer is a good one, I think. Miles won't expire. Only status credits will expire. No cost for application to this programm when you live outside Australia.

Avianca i should select LA if you will continue based in South America. Even being a global partnership, be in mind, your chances at LA of upgrades and all the rest are bigger as LA customer.

It would be good to know which COS (Class Of Service) you will be traveling on. Some OW FFPs are tailored more towards to Premium Passenger while others are towards to Cattle Class Passenger
