Over in terminal 5 is El Cholo Cantina, reportedly run by the same small Mexican restaurant chain that has very good restaurants in Orange County and Los Angeles. http://www.elcholo.com
Of all the food on planet Earth, Mexican fare is arguably the most difficult to completely screw up in preparation. Buddies back in high school who couldn't write their own names legibly still got jobs at the local El Torito.
Caution: go easy on the Margaritas. One of our group (not myself) took Happy New Year into January 5th. Our Delta 1470 to Tampa was a Boeing 737-800 with an A/C pack inop. Delta chose to launch with a single pack and a FL
250 altitude limitation. As a result we were rocking and rolling through the middle of a frontal system over Texas and our friend swore off fruity girlie drinks that pack a wallop.
