Qantas Or JAL?

Mon Apr 13, 2009 12:11 pm

I'm flying NRT/SYD in June and wondered what the best airline is for travel in J/Y class? Going with a couple of friends so not bothered about sleep  Wink

JL will be on B772 on the JL771/772 flight now, I think.
And definitely a good choice. Seating in Y is 3-3-3 on the B772's.
Crew is always polite, and serve anytime you wish. Also you can ask for many beers if you like, they don't hesitate to serve these to you  Wink

Don't know about QF from personal experience, but I think JL is the better one in Y class here.

For J class, you can find some of my recent trips on JL in the tripreport section.

btw, did you know JL also offers Y+ on the B772? Maybe that's also a good option for you?

Quoting Airbuseric (Reply 1):

Thanks for that

Am going staff travel so fingers crossed they take pity on us and upgrade, not to fussed if we don't though as going prem standby to NRT anyway.
