Air New Zealand Pre-Seating

Tue May 26, 2009 2:31 pm

Dear A.nutters

I'm booked on two NZ sectors in about a month's time. From what I read in previous threads, a specific seat can not be pre-booked on NZ international flights. I have tried to access my booking on NZ's website in order to request a window seat. Unfortunately I get a blank screen every time I have entered my details and the "visual password".

Can anybody at NZ help me out? Thanks in advance  Smile

Yes, you can pre book seats but always comes with the proviso ‘seats are not guaranteed’. However, I have never had a seat change in over 200 + flights.

Ring the NZ Contact Centre and request the seats through them.
