LAX Terminal Shuttle Question...

Hi folks -

Just a quick question for those familiar with LAX: next week I'm arriving on AC @ T2, and have to meet up with a friend arriving on G4 (Allegiant) at T6. I've heard there's an inter-terminal shuttle bus, but recently read in a TR that it was slow/intermittent and that "I could have walked faster" - lol.

On a map of LAX, it looks like T2 & T6 are across from one another - is this correct? Is there a walkway that I could cross by foot that might be easier or faster?

There are a lot of walkways between terminals at LAX on the ground level. Once you come out of the arrivals area/baggage claim, take the crosswalk over the road, and cut through the carpark to the other side...

On my last daytrip to LAX, I did exactly that from T-6 to the TBIT and the WN terminal.
