Midwest Airlines: Madison To Milwaukee

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know the on time arrival percentage for this flight from msn to mke? Or how I could find this out?
I am looking to buy a ticket that has a layover in mke. However, the layover is scheduled for only 20 minutes. I don't want to miss my connection. I called Midwest yesterday to see if they could answer my question but the woman refused. She would only tell me that it is a legal layover length.
Any help would be much appreciated!
