Per a recent discussion, B6 operates JFK-SLC with the E190 now which is 1723nm. I think the published range for a E190AR is 2400nm so there may be airlines pushing them further.

I believe that Royal Jordanian were supposed to be operating flights to Western Europe with their Embraers, BRU rings a bell, and that would be pushing five hours and completely maxing out its range. I'm sure I read it on here, so I expect somebody will be along to confirm or deny it, but I don't have the time to check myself right now.

I dont recall this at all.

Actualy I dont believe so at all, as there was a small presentation when Frontier(Republic) brought its E170 to LA, as it was the 1st time the model was ever here.

Will the "Lineage" the exec jet version of the E170/E190 have a further range?

Last year (or maybe the year before that) AC was flying YYJ-YYZ with the E190. We currently fly YYZ-DFW with the E175, at 1042 miles. I'm not sure how that stacks up to other E175/170 flights, or if that is our longest.

AMM-BUD is the only one I can find, on acars as RJ129/130 and 1215nm.

Also used sometimes on the RJ147/148 to Tunis at 1313nm and 600/601to Muscat at 1280nm.

IIRC, after the Palin charter ended, B6 flew (ferry) and E190 from somewhere in Alaska to BUF non-stop and that was boasted as the longest E190 flight ever at that time...but that was nearly a year ago.

B6 uses a E90 on LGB-ORD and that's a pretty good length for a E90. Very comfortable ride too!

How much fuel does it carry?

That was always a gripe of mine of the E190. Not how much fuel the aircraft could lift, but how much it could carry. The E190s tanks max out at about 12,900 Kgs under standard conditions, but quite often with tanks full, on a long flight, you are still 3000-4000 Kgs under max take off weight.

If the engineering has been done to actually have larger tanks in the 190/195 wings, that alone would do a lot to increasing the aircraft range.

This could change though as IZ is going to restart service to GYD and if they use that aircraft then it will be longer than TBS.

Some of the longer flights I've done in the 170

PIT-DEN (1120mn)
ORD-GEG (1300nm)
ORD-YHZ
ORD-YEG
DEN-ATL
ATL-MTY (we have to stay within 50nm of shore, can't cut across the gulf)

I believe Republic is the largest operator. Shutttle and Republic have about 60 170/175s and as of right now I think the 190 count will be 9 but likely climbing.

It was CMH-SLC that used to be on the E170. It was crazy weight restricted. It eventually got upgraded to mainline MD90 service, and then downgraded again to a CR7 before it was, like LAX, completely discontinued.
