So, while seat capacity and actual arrivals can differ considerably, it would seem that there is a decent chance that PTP
has more Tatl arrivals than North American arrivals. If not, perhaps there are other Caribbean airports that might achieve this due to very limited service from the U.S./Canada, relatively light regional service, and frequent high-density European service?
